When will I receive my delivery?
For Lifestyle Items that are In-Stock, we typically ship within 24hours. Most deliveries within Hong Kong will be received between 2-5days from the date of purchase.
For Furniture and Order Items - Lead time of each item would be notified during the order, we will contact you once your furniture is ready, feel free to email us if you need any special arrangement. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is available at extra cost, self pick-up is currently unavailable, we aim to offer this service in 2026 at no additional cost.
Delivery Fees:
Hong Kong Island - 300 HKD
Kowloon - 500 HKD
New Territories - 600 HKD
Tung Chung, DB, Ma Wan - 800 HKD
Self Pick-Up (Coming Soon in 2026) - FREE
In case you are not home at the point of delivery, a HKD 300 fee will be charged to reschedule.
Remarks: Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.
No delivery service is available to the below areas: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O
As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village, Shek O without permission letters, customers must collect deliveries at designated location(s).
We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify O.O.D immediately of any change to their delivery address.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
Walk-Up Building Surcharges?
Walk-up surcharge per item shall apply for delivery locations with staircase entrance only or item(s) not transportable using the lift at your residential building because of its size. The walk-up fee varies according to the size of the delivered item and the number of stairs required walking-up:
5 steps or More - (S FREE / M 50HKD / L 150HKD / XL 300HKD)
1F - (S 50HKD / M 100HKD / L 300HKD / XL 450HKD)
2F - (S 50HKD / M 200HKD / L 600HKD / XL 900HKD)
3F - (S 80HKD / M 300HKD / L 900HKD / XL 1350HKD)
4F - (S 120HKD / M 400HKD / L 1200HKD / XL 1800HKD)
5F or more - (XL or L - Contact O.O.D for an equation) (S or M - An extra HKD150 per floor)
Size Examples:
XL = Bulky items (e.g. custom made or marble items with any size etc.)
L = Bulky items (e.g. 2-seater & 3-seater sofas, dining tables equal to or greater than 160cm, Cabinets equal to or greater than 1.2m, etc.
M = Loose items (e.g. 1-seater, coffee tables, lounge chairs, dining tables less than 160cm total dim).
S = items (e.g. dining chairs, office chairs, stools, lamps).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
All sales are Final for brand new, pre-loved and vintage items including furniture and collectables. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please ensure that you check measurements and ask as many questions as necessary especially for furniture items. We are available to assist i.e send additional photos, dimensions, and details before purchase. Note pre-loved and vintage pieces often signs of wear that are consistent with age and are sold as-is.
If a purchase has been processed accidentally on the customers e xnd via our website or online, and a refund needs to be processed, there will be a 15% restocking fee that will be charged to the original form of payment.
Shipping cost and installation cost are not refundable.
All special order items are not refundable.
