Return and Exchanges:
All sales are Final for brand new, pre-loved and vintage items including furniture and collectables. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please ensure that you check measurements and ask as many questions as necessary especially for furniture items. We are available to assist i.e send additional photos, dimensions, and details before purchase. Note pre-loved and vintage pieces often signs of wear that are consistent with age and are sold as-is.
If a purchase has been processed accidentally on the customers end via our website or online, and a refund needs to be processed, there will be a 15% restocking fee that will be charged to the original form of payment.
Warranties:
Pre-loved and vintages items are sold as-is without any warranties, this includes but not limited to furniture, lighting, objects and collectables. All Brand New items by our brand partners are sold with and without manufacturers warranties. Please refer to specific item listing details or ask if uncertain.
Delivery:
A delivery quotation will be provided after a customers purchase, or it will be indicated on items checkout page. For larger bulky items (such as sofas) please Contact Us for a courier equation prior to purchasing.
We currently work with third-party delivery partners (private co. courier, GoGoX, Lalamove etc) these third party companies are not affiliated with O.O.D. Any delivery issues should be resolved up with the company directly. O.OD shall not be held liability for any damages caused by the third party companies hired by our clients.
International Shipping:
International shipping is available on selected items, Please Contact Us for a shipping equation.
Pick up:
Local Pick Up is currently only available on larger bulkier items that have been arranged prior to purchasing.
These sold items must be picked up within 10 working days of purchase. If additional time is needed, please coordinate with us prior to purchase. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. Items not picked up within 30 calendar days of purchase will be considered abandoned and will be re-listed. Items sold are non-refundable.
